he told
me to
get out

called
the
police.
The
police
was more
sympathetic
to my
information
being
lost
than he
was. In
the end
he gave
me a
partial
refund
kept the
charger
to my
desktop
and said
I never
brought
it
there. I
don't
think he
always
does bad
business
but you
may want
to back
up your
data
ahead of
time if
you are
able to.

almost 3
months
ago, I
kept
calling
you
every
couple
weeks to
remind
you that
your
computer
is ready
for pick
up, and
you
always
said "I
will be
there
next
week"
but it
is
dragging
for 3
months
but I
still
tried to
keep it
here for
you,
most
other
places
they
don’t
keep
those
computer
that
long.

With the
2008
iMac,
now I
remember
(but not
at the
time
when you
came by
to pick
up,
because
it’s
almost 3
month
and I’m
working
on at
least 5
computer
daily),
your
data was
back up
and
restored
on your
iMac,
you can
turn the
iMac on
to
verify
it for
yourself.
Since
the data
was too
large
won’t
fit in
to the
USB
drive
you
provided
and that
is why
you
didn’t
see it
on the
USB
drive I
DO NOT
ERASE
YOUR
DATA,
If
you
can’t
find the
power
cable of
your
iMac
(iMac
does not
come
with the
charger,
only a
power
cable)
please
come by
the
store
and I am
happy to
give you
one, I
have
about
100+ of
them in
store
and
usually
give it
out for
free to
my
customer
if they
can’t
locate
their.
You
can
check
around
with any
computer
technicians
how
complicate
to
access
the hard
drive on
this old
iMac to
save
your
data
before
reload
the OS
since
you
computer
not even
boot up
just a
black
screen
when
brought
it to
our
store 3
months
ago, and
I spend
time on
it get
the hard
drive
out to
back up
your
data and
put it
back in
to
reload
OS with
out
charge
you a
single
penny,
only
charged
the
labor to
reload

asked
you out
of the
store
because
you
didn't
want to
pay the
full
amount
of which

agreed

reason
for

the
Police:
Since
you dont
want to
pay and
just
want
your
computers
back
after I

on it
exactly
what you
wanted
me to
do, I
don't
work for
free.

With the
2009
MacBook
Pro, all
you want
me to do
is move
all data
to USB
drive
and I
did
exactly
what you
told me,
you had
verified
the data
is on
the USB
drive
before
you left
the
store.
Beside
that I
didn’t
not
check
how the
Laptop
performance
(work or
not
work)
since
you
don’t
want to
pay any
extra on
it so
don’t
say that
you
can’t
use your
laptop,
if it
was
working
before
you
brought
it here
it will
be
working
now and
if it
didn’t
work
before
then it
will
still
will not
work,
because
move the
data out
to USB
drive
will not
effect
the way
computer
performance
or will
fix the
problem.

everything

A recent
power
outage
caused

computer
to shut

reboot.

consensus
